Accessibility statement.

We want this site to work for everyone who lands on it, including people using a screen reader, a keyboard on its own, voice control, or a browser zoomed well past its default.

What we build to

This site is built to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. That is the target we work toward rather than a certification we hold, and we would rather say so plainly than claim a standard we cannot prove on every page.

In practice that means each page ships as real HTML with headings in order, every image carries alt text describing what is in it, form fields have labels tied to them, errors are announced rather than shown by color alone, and every control can be reached and operated with a keyboard. Animation respects the reduce-motion setting your device already has.

What we have checked

Color contrast is the one we have measured most closely. An automated audit during the build flagged 110 places where text sat too light against its background, and the text colors were darkened until body copy clears the 4.5:1 ratio WCAG asks for on both the cream and the slate sections. Keyboard navigation and screen-reader labeling are checked whenever a page changes.

What is not finished

Automated testing catches a useful share of problems and misses plenty. We have not put this site in front of a panel of people who use assistive technology daily, which is the only test that finds the things a checker cannot. Photography carries descriptive alt text, but a photo is still a poor substitute for a written description of a finished property, and that is on us to improve.

If you find something broken, you have found something we did not know about, and we would rather hear it than not.

Telling us about a problem

Email hello@allcoastallandscaping.com or call (561) 293-6139. Tell us the page and what happened, and include the device or software you were using if you know it. That detail is usually what makes a problem reproducible.

We reply within two business days. If the fix is quick we will make it and tell you when it is live. If it is going to take longer, we will say so and give you a straight answer about when.

You never have to use this site to work with us. Anything the quote form does can be done over the phone on (561) 293-6139, Monday through Saturday, 7am to 5pm.
