Who we are

All Coastal Landscaping is a residential and small commercial lawn care, tree, and landscape services business based in Jupiter, Florida. What we collect

When you request a quote through the contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, property address, optional neighborhood, the services you're asking about, and any comments you add.

When you call us, we may keep notes about the conversation (your contact details, the property, and what work you're interested in).

We do not use cookies or third-party tracking for advertising. We do not buy or sell personal information.

How we use it

The information you share is used only to:

• Reply to your quote request and schedule a property visit if relevant
• Send a quote and follow up on the work
• Coordinate the service on your property once work is booked
• Send invoices and payment confirmations for completed work

We do not send marketing emails unless you specifically ask to be added to a list.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with the service providers we use to run the business: an email delivery service for quote replies and confirmations, a hosting provider for this website, a database and storage provider that holds your quote request so we can respond to it, and a payment processor when an invoice is paid. These providers are bound by their own privacy and security obligations.

When you submit the contact form, an anti-spam check runs through Cloudflare Turnstile. Cloudflare receives your IP address and basic browser signals to confirm the request is from a person, not a bot. It does not receive the details you typed into the form.

We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How we protect it

The contact form is transmitted over HTTPS. Information you submit through the form is stored only as long as needed to respond to your request and complete any work that follows. Contact records older than three years are deleted unless you remain an active client.

We use industry-standard providers for transactional email, hosting, and secure database storage. Quote requests are held by our storage provider under access controls that limit the records to the owner of the business.

Your choices

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what information we have on file about you
• Correct information that's wrong
• Delete your information (subject to any legal obligations to keep business records)

Children
