Service overview

Install work and bed maintenance.

Landscape installs are quote-driven. The start date is confirmed in writing with the quote so the property knows when the crew is showing up.

Larger installs get a multi-day window so the property knows what to expect. Plant and palm installs, new bed builds, bed re-shaping, and mulch and rock.

What landscape installs cover

Every category, expanded.

01

Plant installs

Shrubs, ornamentals, ground cover, and ornamental palms. Plant material is sourced from local growers and matched to the property for sun, salt, and water conditions.
02

New bed builds

Full bed layouts on properties that do not have them, or expansions on existing ones. Includes site prep, plant install, and the first mulch lay-down. The edge is your choice: a clean cut line, plastic, rock, or paver border, whatever fits the property.
03

Bed re-shaping

Existing beds get the line re-cut where it has drifted, ground cover is reset, and the mulch is brought back to depth at the same time. A faster turnaround than a new bed build, and a good time to refresh the mulch while the line is open.
04

Mulch and rock refresh

Pine bark and cypress are the standard mulches, and colored mulch is usually refreshed once a year. Any mulch color is available, and so is any type of decorative rock. Rock is the same idea in a different material, and it does not need refreshing as often.
05

Palm and ornamental tree installs

Ornamental palms (coconut, queen, robellini, royal, sylvester), shade trees, and replacement plantings after a removal. Larger transplants get a site visit before quote so soil and access are assessed.
06

Rock install

Decorative rock and stone beds as an alternative to mulch. River rock, lava rock, and gravel laid over fabric. Same idea as mulch, a different material that does not need yearly refreshing.

Landscaping FAQ

Common questions about installs and bed work.

When are landscape installs scheduled?

Install work is scheduled with a written window so the property knows when the crew is coming. It is not locked to set days.

The exact date is confirmed in writing with the quote. Bigger installs get a multi-day window so the property knows what to expect.

What plants do you install?

Shrubs, ornamentals, ground cover, ornamental palms, and shade trees. Plant material is sourced from local growers and matched to the site for sun, salt, and water conditions.

Do you do bed re-shaping and mulch refresh?

Yes. Bed re-cuts use a manual edger to redraw the line, then mulch goes back over the bed at a consistent depth.

Most beds need a refresh every 12 to 18 months for color and every 24 to 36 months for depth.

Do you install palms?

Yes. Ornamental palms, mature transplants, and replacement plantings after a removal.

Coconut, queen, robellini, royal, and sylvester are the most common installs. A site visit is required for larger transplants because soil and access need to be assessed.

Do you handle irrigation?

Not directly. Irrigation install and repair are referred to a partner. Landscape installs are timed around irrigation work when both happen on the same property.

How long until a new install settles in?

Shrubs and ground cover usually establish in four to six weeks with regular water.

Bed re-shapes hold their line immediately and need touch-up every 12 to 18 months.

Palms and trees take longer to settle and need consistent watering through establishment.
