Service overview

Pick the tier that fits the property.

Some properties need a clean cut and clean walks every week. Others need the cut plus pool and paver detailing and all the debris hauled off so nothing is left behind. Both are offered.

Lawn maintenance runs on a seasonal schedule: weekly from the first week of May through the first week of October, then every other week for the rest of the year. Year-round biweekly is available for properties that prefer it.

Two tiers

Basic and Complete.

Side by side, so the difference is concrete.

Tier 01

Basic

The clean weekly cut. Lawn mowed, edged, and blown down.

  • Full mow of all turf areas
  • Edging along walks, drives, and bed lines
  • Blow-down on all hard surfaces (drives, walks, patios)

Best fit for properties with simple beds and a clean perimeter that just need a tight, consistent cut.

Most popular

Tier 02

Complete

Full property care. Everything in Basic, plus the pavers, the pool deck, and full debris haul-off.

  • Everything in Basic
  • Pool deck and paver detailing
  • Bed-line touch-ups every visit
  • Palm fronds, clippings, and yard debris picked up and hauled off-property

Best fit for properties with bougainvillea, palms, hedges, pool decks, or pavers where the dead fronds and trimmings would otherwise sit in the yard until next week.

Add-on services

On top of either tier.

Quoted by site visit and scheduled around the lawn route, on the day that fits the job.

01

Privacy hedge trimming

Hedge maintenance on a separate schedule from the lawn cut. Quoted by linear foot and height. Debris is hauled off-property at the end of the visit.
02

Palm tree trimming

Dead-frond and seed-pod removal, coconut work, and full crown cleanup. Most residential palms run two to four passes a year.
03

Hardwood tree trimming

Oaks, ficus, gumbo limbo, and other shade trees. Scheduled separately from palm work because the crew and equipment differ.
04

Mulch and rock

Color refresh on existing beds or a full install on new ones. Pine bark and cypress are the standard mulches, and colored mulch is usually refreshed once a year. Decorative rock works the same way, a different material that does not need refreshing as often.
05

Plant or palm install

Shrubs, ornamentals, ground cover, ornamental palms, and shade trees. Plant material is sourced from local growers and matched to the site for sun, salt, and water conditions.
06

Property cleanup

One-time full-property cleanup: overgrown beds cut back, debris hauled off, and the property reset. Common before a sale, after a storm, or when starting regular service.

Lawn maintenance FAQ

Common questions about lawn service.

What's the difference between Basic and Complete?

Basic is the clean weekly cut: mowing, edging, and full blow-down on hard surfaces.

Complete adds pool deck and paver detailing and full pickup of palm fronds, clippings, and yard debris. On Complete, the property gets a full pass and nothing is left behind in the front yard.

What's the cutting schedule for lawn maintenance?

Lawn maintenance runs on a seasonal schedule. Weekly cuts from the first week of May through the first week of October, then every other week for the rest of the year.

Year-round biweekly service is also available. It tends to fit larger or more rural properties, like a lot of the Jupiter Farms area.

Will the same crew show up each visit?

Yes. Each area has a crew assigned to it. The route day is confirmed with the quote and the same crew runs that route.

What add-on services are available?

Privacy hedge trimming, palm and tree trimming, mulch and rock, plant and palm installs, and property cleanups. Each is quoted by site visit and scheduled around the lawn route.

How fast can a new lawn client get started?

Most new clients are on the route within one to two weeks. The first cut usually happens on the next route day for that area after the quote is signed.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Fully licensed and insured for client property work. Certificates are available on request.
