Lawn service is offered in two tiers (Basic and Complete). Tree work and landscape installs are scheduled separately from the weekly lawn route, on the day that fits the property.

Yes. Tesoro, PGA Village, and The Reserve are all in the area. HOA spec sheets are respected on bed lines, hedge heights, and approved plant material when applicable.
What is the start-up timeline for a new PSL client?
Most new clients are on the area within two weeks. The first cut happens on the next route day after the quote is signed.
What's included in the lawn service for PSL?
Two tiers.
Basic covers mowing, edging, and full blow-down. Complete adds pool deck and paver detailing and full pickup of palm fronds, clippings, and yard debris off the property.
With the larger PSL lots, the Complete tier covers more ground than inland.
